Ticket Exchange Privileges

As a valued Member, you have the exclusive ability to return tickets in exchange for account credit. Please note the following guidelines:
~ Ticket exchanges must be completed at least one business day prior to the scheduled performance.
~ For weekend performances, requests must be made by 2:00 PM on the Friday before the show. (Exchange requests submitted after this cutoff cannot be honored.)

Members’ Lounge Access

Headliners, Luminary Circle, Visionary Circle, and Legacy Circle have the benefit of reserving seats at Members’ Lounge. All other Members are admitted as space allows. RSVPs do not guarantee entry or reserve a seat at receptions.
