Children's Theatre Camps

Due to COVID-19, Mount Baker Theatre will not be hosting MCT camps for the summer of 2021. We look forward to bringing the camps back in the summer of 2022.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre (MCT), the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre, has been touring extensively for 39 years now from Montana to Japan. 

Each summer the MCT tour team arrives at the Theatre with a set, lights, costumes, props and make-up, everything it takes to put on a musical…except the cast. Each camp consists of 50-60 local students who rehearse throughout the week and present two public performances on MBT’s Main Stage.

Creativity, social skills, goal achievement, communication skills and self-esteem are all characteristics that are attained through the participation in this unique, educational project.

MCT’s mission is the development of life skills in children through participation in the performing arts.
